37th Michigan Emergency Medicine Assembly

One of MCEP's finer meetings is the Annual Emergency Medicine Scientific Assembly, where physicians and other emergency medicine professionals gather for the purpose of exploration of new medical techniques and resources, legislative updates, management and reimbursement issues, and social interaction.

The Assembly includes a number of traditional sessions and luncheons covering medical/legal updates with representatives from Michigan's legislative body, the membership's Annual Meeting, and leadership forums covering health care issues.  Each year, there is a host of special educational programs assembled to provide opportunities for our specialists to increase their knowledge and abilities in several avenues of their emergency medicine practices.
